We’ll discuss what you have in mind, and you’ll review and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before research begins.

3) Review Your Options

I’ll research the possibilities and present thoughtfully selected options tailored to you and your trip.

4) Book, Prepare, Travel & Enjoy

Once you’ve chosen your favorites, I’ll coordinate the reservations, help you prepare, and remain available when needed throughout your journey.

Planning Fees & Expectations

Is there a planning fee?

No. The Story Lighthouse is not currently charging agency planning or service fees. If fees are introduced in the future, they will always be disclosed and agreed to before any paid work begins.

What is required before research begins?

Before I begin researching your trip, you’ll be asked to review and accept The Story Lighthouse’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This confirms that you understand the planning process, supplier policies, payment responsibilities, and other important terms.

Can I make changes after booking?

The Story Lighthouse is not currently charging a fee for client-requested changes. However, changes remain subject to availability, price differences, and any fees or penalties imposed by the travel supplier.

What if I need to cancel?

The Story Lighthouse does not currently charge a separate cancellation-processing fee. However, all reservations remain subject to the supplier’s cancellation policies, deadlines, and penalties. Travel insurance is strongly recommended because many travel payments may be partially or entirely nonrefundable.
